"We stayed in this hotel for 9 days and 8 nights and loved it so much. The hotel staff were extremely nice and very helpful. They gave us a very nice room on the 2nd floor with a great view. The bed size was comfortable for 2 of us. The breakfast was healthy and the cappuccino was delicious. I strongly recommend this hotel for everyone and make sure to ask for the type of room you like that fits your need. It was very close to underground train station and very safe place to stay. Thank you for everything you did for us. We greatly appreciate it and plan to stay again when we visit London next year."

"The room was good, the pool was good, not many hotels in central London have access to pool. The pool is used for workouts and classes, I found this fine. Nice outdoor garden area with fish ponds. Not sure why the pond was dyed blue though. Really close access to High St Kensington tube station. We did high Tea, this was great the sandwiches and cakes were delicious. Option for late checkout with small fee amazing. The price was reasonable for the location. We got the 24mtr room, which was just right for us, i would not want to go smaller unless maybe a single. "
