"This was a wonderful quite non pretentiousness resort. The staff were wonderful and attentive. I was 5 days into my 10 day stay when I broke my foot and couldn't walk. My waiter Danny went above and beyond for me. He was the BEST and made my stay wonderful even hurt like I was. "

"We have now stayed at the Melia twice in the past 5 weeks. It’s the best on Cozumel. The staff is the best Ive ever experienced, and specifically Alfonso and Hector in the Level, and Jorge our waiter every morning at the Fish House. We never wanted for anything! The rooms are excellent, the food is fine for all inclusive, but the drinks are on point! Santos the bartender is incredible! From the moment you arrive until you leave, you’re taken care of. The beach is expansive, and while it’s on the north end so not clear like Cielo, at least you have a massive beach to enjoy, unlike most other hotels in Cozumel where it’s tiny and rocky. My husband and I got couples massages 3 times from Abril and Candi, they are outstanding! Make sure you upgrade to the Level, it’s not a huge cost difference, but it makes a huge difference in your overall experience. The entire resort is spotless, and there are always people cleaning. The entertainment provided is outstanding as well. We also bought a photo session for some friends and the pictures and results were remarkable. Take a walk every afternoon to visit the resort iguanas. They love apples, and I’m sure they’re missing us with our daily apple and veggie treats. Sunsets are hands down the best from this resort. We will be back in a few months and there’s nowhere else I would stay on the island. You won’t regret choosing this resort for your stay in Cozumel! "

"We had an amazing time the staff was so friendly and they go out of the way to make sure we had a wonderful time The food was delicious better than anything else the fish and shrimp was outstanding the drinks were great the room was nice and clean the view of the balcony was beautiful right on the beach the bed was comfortable slept well and the AC was working wonderful our room was always cool the bar on the beach was awesome we had drinks and lunch it was delicious the water on the beach was fantastic!!! We will definitely be back this year !!!"

"Julietta did an amazing job! After our romantic dinner on the beach was not properly communicated, Julietta got us in for dinner and scheduled the beach dinner for the next night. It wasn't our anniversary the next day, but it DID rain, just as on our wedding day. Julietta had our room decorated while we were having dinner. She was great the entire stay! "

"Villa RosMar was a great fit for our family of 11, ages 4-77. Mariano, the property manager, was excellent and available for whatever we needed. Lupita, the housekeeper, was lovely, as well as Jesus who took care of the pool area. The location was perfect, we rented cars so it was easy for us to get to town. We booked Francisco, the chef, and his team for some meals at the house that we really enjoyed. We also booked Morgan, the boat offered with the property. The crew was fantastic!!! I recommend this addition to everyone who books Villa RosMar."
