The location is great. An easy walk to a verity of restaurants, shopping and grocery needs. Condo was well equipped and clean. Staff is very friendly and willing to assist with any needs. Clarification on beach front; absolutely beachfront but no usable beach. Pool area clean. Public jacuzzi is not hot and no way to adjust the timer that is currently set to shut off every 5 minutes.

We loved it here - we want to come back for a month. Gorgeous grounds, big spacious condos at an unbeatable rate. This hotel is less expensive than others in the area, so I wasn’t sure what to expect but it exceeded all expectations. Great location, walk to everything. The beach is quite eroded but there’s a great beach a short walk away.

The rooms are very spacious which is great. The place in general is just dated and please note that you will be climbing a lot of stairs at this property. There are no elevators in the hotel located across the street from the main property closest to the water.

We stay in Playa del Carmen often and have tried many hotels. Let's start with great location. Then spacious rooms with many amenities. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, bottled water, great beds and pillows. Ours had a Jacuzzi. Quiet, great beds and pillows. We have been there before and will book again

Fantastic property, beautifully designed. Staff was always responsive and helpful, very good service throughout. Amazing partner providers including the beach front breakfast restaurant and the local gym. The rooftop patios with BBQs, loungers and hot tubs were fantastic, for those who book those rooms.

Really spacious room and friendly helpful staff. Excellent location! We didn’t spend a lot of time there but did enjoy some drinks and food at the restaurant by the pool. It was very comfortable for our group. The swimming beach is not too far of a walk at all.
