Crompton Court

8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (46)
"Spacious apartment. Good location. Friendly staff. Could pay more attention to detail- bedroom needed cleaning behind the door. The shower in the bathroom needs to be fixed and the balcony could be swept. Overall, the room was fine and a good base for a stay in London. "

Beaconsfield Apartments
3.0 star property
7.0 out of 10, Good, (2)
"Originally booked for the Beaconsfield apartments but when we went to the hotel to collect the apartment keys they had no info on our booking despite booking it 6 months in advance and said the apartments were out of service. However they had a room in the hotel so we got that ... The staff were brilliant the room was basic but clean my only complaint would be the towels smelt of smoke ( we did bring our own though so that was ok) we were up at the very top so the stairs were a killer so steep...

Beaconsfield Hotel
3.0 star property
5.6 out of 10, (170)
"Disappointing hotel overall. Pretty run down, room was fairly small. Location was good, just a 10 minute walk to the underground station. For me the worst thing was that the hotel advertised a free continental breakfast - well that turned out to be just a couple of boxes of cornflakes and some milk in the room! Got only one cereal bowl as well - apparently to share between hubby and myself. No spoons for it, but got spoons for the tea/coffee so probably just wanted to save on the washing up. "

London Shelton Hotel
2.0 star property
4.4 out of 10, (142)
"i was refused a room at close to midnight because the hotel says they are not even registered with Hotels.com for the past few months and had no record of me booking. They were full so I had no option but to seek another hotel late into the night"
