"Clean, updated, friendly staff "

"Wonderful place, so beautiful, and the staff is very helpful, ask and they will do it. This is our 5th time visiting this resort, The room we choose was ocean front and all you see from your window is the beautiful Caribbean Sea. One word for management, please try to talk to your chefs that most people from the USA eat their steak medium to medium rare. Sun h a waste for an expensive cuts of meat to be always cooked well done."

"Service waa great from the time we got out of the taxi the staff at Royal Cancun All Suites Resort assisted with iur luggage. They held our bags while we went on our excursions for ATV and Ziplining. When we came back we were checked in ate at the restaurant by the beach with entertainment. On site they have a traveler person for Excursion so we were able to find something in between Jet Driving. There were several pools and the beach. The room was clean and beautiful view. I will visit again...

"The staff i dealt with were all really freindly and helpful. The rooms, pool areas, and beach were all clean. You could see staff testing water and cleaning every day. The food in the Lindo was good and would recommend the step up over beach as the buffets were better. My only one negative was getting reservations for dinners. We got most we wanted but couldnt get rodizio. I understand this will be changed to walk in which will help. Really loved the resort and would definitely go back. "

"What I liked most about this hotel was the beautiful view that outlooks onto the ocean. The location of the hotel is perfect for people who enjoy to explore shops, restaurants, and excursions. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the hotel itself needs some updates and remodeling. (In our bathroom we noticed mold) And lastly, our kitchen did not have basic utensils and towels to use. Despite all of this I loved this place."

"Had a great stay here, and the staff is amazing. The resort property is beautifully maintained, from the perfectly cut grass, to the pristine pools. The staff was extremely friendly and constantly on the move keeping the resort clean and comfortable. When booking on Expedia, double check that you’re not just booking a room. Found out a week before our trip that we didn’t book the “All Inclusive” but we were able to purchase the package thankfully. "
