"Takh308 was an amazing stay. The host was ver communicative at every step of the way. The condo is beautiful and in a very new and modern building. Location is great. Super close to the bus and there is a oxxo store and a pharmacy right downstairs. I would stay again on my next trip to Cancun for sure. "

"We loved our stay here. The apartment is exactly as pictured except the outside could use a coat of paint and there is no hammock which made me sad. Nice welcome basket, door code perfect. Like any beach rental, thongs wear fast, but neat and clean. Beds ok, shower great. View SPECTACULAR. Unfortunately, on a big road and loud!! Settles down before late, but daytime and early evening loud. Great staff at Amigo- super friendly. Cute neighborhood with some great food within walking distance....

"I loved the daylight/brightness, ventilation, amenities and size, it was very comfortable and had everything that i needed for my cancun appointment. the property accommodated my late check in due to traffic, and i just had problems opening the door with the 2 locks initially but they sent a security guard to assist to show me how to open the locks. everything was working well. the place was clean, with the exception of 2 small decorative cushions on the beds in the smaller bedroom. had a great...

"Very nice stay , 3rd floor walk-up. Got city view , with a patio on the floor that you can view the sea about a mile(ish?). Self check in was seamless, instructions very clear, Very modern clean, comfortable, with all promised amenities in working order. Not your party part of town , more residential, upper middle class neighborhood? Would highly recommend as a stop on your last day or two of a trip, wind down in comfort or would work for long term as a good home base."

"Nice clean apartment, central, but still quiet. It's a bit hard to find as there are no signs on the outside. Kitchen is reasonably well equipped, there are a few small things missing, pasta strainer, salad bowl, small pot (there is only one large one). There is shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the bathroom. It was the best shower in Mexico so far! You have to turn on the fuse for hot water. Communication with the owner was very good. I can recommend this apartment."

"This is a great spacious property with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is close to the beach and to transport to other areas within the island. Con: The master bathroom shower does spray everywhere and gets water all over and there is a sewer smell coming from that bathroom, this is an old property and we were able to manage that by keeping the bathroom door closed. Other than that, it is a beautiful location. We had a great time, it felt very safe with the guard, and would return again."

"This property was the best in Cancun... The Resort permits.use of all their amenities and the beach is picturesque. It's like from a movie. Your balcony overlooks the beach and the pool. This unit comes fully furnished with a kitchen and is an amazing price for the area. We enjoyed our vacation here immensely. We would book again."

"La Hacienda is a great place to stay for a few days or like us 3 weeks. Karen is absolutely amazing. She will give you tons of pointers and is always there when you need somthing. A wonderful host.
