Brugge is pretty and very clean - we found it to be very friendly where ever we went.
Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in a perfect spot for markets , restaurants, ect... Nice and clean with comfortable bed and with very helpful and friendly staff.
Parking was a bit to expensive 25 euros per night at this hotel so we opted to park at the train station and catch bus to town which worked out at 8 euros per 24 hours 2 euros each adult bus fare.
All in all a very nice hotel would definitely stay here again no problem.
We had a two night midweek stay at the Navarra, taking advantage of the onsite parking which made for an easy journey door to door. Staff are lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spacious and well equipped, however I was worried when I saw earplugs at the side of the bed! They were needed as our room was at the front of the hotel and a little noisy late at night and early morning onwards. It didn't spoil our stay. The Navarra is perfectly situated for enjoying Bruge, a short stroll to the main square, highly recommended.
Loved our room, great view over canal, huge bed very comfy & great pillows. Easily adjustable heating for room. Great shower & bath. Lovely shower gel & soaps!
Lounge/bar area lovely and comfortable too. Breakfast good too.
Staff friendly & very helpful.
Room perfect for short stay with nice sized bath room . Absolutely spotlessly clean.
Only minor complaint would be pillows not very comfortable.
Included breakfast fresh & tasty every morning.
Hotel a few minutes walk to centre of Brugge. Would definitely stay there again!
We had two days in Bruges and enjoyed walking around this quaint historic town. There are plenty of places to eat and drink. We visited the Chocolate Factory where we saw a demonstration of the chocolate being made and was able to sample the finished product - which was delicious! There are numerous chocolate shops around with great selections.
We found the Belgian people very friendly and helpful. We would definitely return in the future.

The staff here are absolutely fantastic, and couldn't have provided a warmer or more professional welcome. The decor is really beautiful, and the room was clean and comfortable (bed was amazing!), our only complaint was one threadbare towel but it was sorted very swiftly.
The location is brilliant - it's close to all the shops and restaurants, and only Euro7.50 from the station.
The breakfast was overpriced, but all food is quite pricey in Bruges anyway. It's at a nice relaxing time, anyway, finishing at 10:30am - perfect for a lazy weekend away!
The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the centre of the beautiful city of Bruges (or Brugge). We stayed with friends and the first impression is shabby chic. It is a very comfortable and cosy hotel. The staff were professional and helpful without being overly friendly. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the bathroom was huge and well stocked with toiletries. The towels were a little small and these really should be replaced. There's a fridge and tea and coffee is available, with kettle. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, both continental and eggs and bacon. Although the coffee could be improved, there was a great selection of teas and if you wished there was sparkling wine! I have stayed here before and it doesn't disappoint as a great place to stay to enjoy the sights of the city. The brewery tour was brilliant and well worth a visit!
