"Great location in Central London, 5 minutes walk from Oxford Street. Very attentive and friendly staff across all aspects of the hotel, from reception, to the bar, to the breakfast servers etc., Certainly somewhere to recommend again. "

"Staff slow in responding to problems. Took 1&1/2 hours to get a working TV remote on check-in. Traveling companion’s door lock stopped working & had to wait for an engineer to come in & drill door lock to open. Had to move all belongings to another room. Free snacks were removed by someone & never replaced. Overall hotel is nice & in nice area w/short walk to bus/tube. "

"It was okay. In terms of the area, it's amazing. Very central. The British Museum is 10 min walk from it. We got to do a lot without using the tube much, which is always nice. In terms of the facilities and personnel, the mattress was uncomfortable & the guy in the breakfast room a bit rude. I guess for the price it's okay, but not brilliant."
