"The room was much smaller than expected, since much of the square footage was in the large unusable entryway. Although it was a "corner" room, the curtains covered two of the five windows even when they were open blocking much of the view with a large TV blocking another window. There was nowhere to sit but the bed or a hard desk chair. "

"My flight was delayed so I didn’t get to the hotel until a bit before 10 pm. When I checked it, I was offered room service to order to ensure I could get some food before the kitchen closed for the night. Loved my stay and look forward to staying there again. "

"The room was well appointed: sheets and towels first rate. The area appeals. Service could have been a bit better. Having arrived prior to check in, I separately checked my bag. When I was later checked in while elsewhere, my bag was not taken to the room, forcing me to retrieve my bag late in the evening. This was not optimal."
