“D.C. The Capital”

If you are looking for a place to sleep, this Hotel will work for you, otherwise look for something else. The appereance inside thehHotel looks very old, room are SMALL, rug and corridors look very old and historic. The decoration and look doesn't invite you to spend time in the hotel.

“Perfect!!”

Clean, quiet and most pleasant.

When to go

Williard Hotel for Thanksgiving Buffet was outstanding. The only problem was we had to wait to be seated a long time. We did have prior reservations.

“WAS VERY SURPRISED FOR I HAD NEVER HEARD OF THE HOTEL. REALLY NICE AND QUAINT!”

I WAS SKEPTICAL OF THE HOTEL FOR I HAD NEVER HEARD OF IT BEFORE AND HAVE BEEN TO DC MANY TIMES. IT WAS SMALL AND QUAINT. I WAS UPGRADED TO A SUITE AND IT WAS NICE! BATHROOM WAS VERY CLEAN. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN WHEN VISITING DC. IT ONLY TOOK ME LESS THAN 10 MINUTES TO GET FROM THE HOTEL TO THE BUILDING I NEEDED TO BE AT ON FRIDAY MORNING. AS A MATTER OF FACT THE HOTEL CAR TOOK ME INSTEAD OF HAVING ME TAKE A CAB. THE HOTEL WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND MAKING MY TRIP (TRAVELING ALONE) A MORE COMFORTABLE ONE!

“charming european feel hotel”

We moved here from a convention at the Marriott and were thrilled we did as it was a great location and had a charming feel as if we were in an English Inn. Loved the breakfast room. Would like to return for the English Tea.
