We were met by our personal assistant upon entering the hotel, and she proceeded to make us feel completely at ease and welcomed. She personally directed us to our (upgraded) suite and conducted a tour of the suite for us. A lovely dinner was sent up from the dining room which we thoroughly enjoyed. Our accommodations were just about as perfect as could be. By far the finest hotel we've EVER stayed at.

Great location, less than a mile to both GWU and GU. Half block away from the M street where you can find many shops and resturants and bus stops. The room is spacious with a kitchen. Breakfast offees pretty good selection. The lobby is small but serves its purpose. Nothing fancy about this hotel but it provided everything we needed. We definitely will go back.
"Nice clean spacious suite. 2 mins from the Harbor "
We a party of 2 seniors liked the spacious suite and the clean rooms. We are really taken aback by all the hotel staff
at the front desk. They are so helpful, allowing us to check in early and check out 1 hr. later.
Hotel is also very near to the Harbor and to main st. for shopping and dinning.
The hotel rate was very reasonable for two nights stay and continental breakfast had a huge variety of food and beverage.
We will definitely go back to this hotel and will also recommend friends and relatives to stay here when they are in DC.
Our goal was to find a reasonably priced hotel that gave us convenient access to Georgetown. This hotel offers just that. Everything in Georgetown was within walking distance. If you're looking for access to Metro, I'd stay in Foggy Bottom or Rosslyn. The hotel was clean, the staff was courteous but the building is showing its wear a bit. I also wished that we knew that the great room rate did NOT include on-premises parking ($30 a night or $250 ticket from hotel) and no on-street parking. Staff was courteous and efficient. I can't tell you why but I felt we got a lesser welcome because he was quick to mention that we made our reservation through a third party. This isn't the first time we've experienced this and it doesn't feel good.
With its tree-lined streets and quaint brick row houses, the famously charming Georgetown neighborhood is an ideal spot for a stroll. Shoppers will appreciate browsing in trendsetting boutiques hidden down narrow side streets, and foodies will love sampling the menus at some of the capitol's best restaurants. After dark, Georgetown’s many pubs and bars make for a bustling nightlife.
