"Lovely hotel and eelcoming staff at reception and cleaners were very friendly. Only issue we had during our stay was when we went for breakfast the hotel somehow checked us out. Even though it was about 2 hours before the checkout time and we didnt check out or even go to reception at that time. So when we went back to our room, we couldnt get in to get our things to check out and we had to clarify with the cleaners who we were so we could gain acess to the room for our things. I really hope you are paying her enough because she is a gem! Nothing was too much trouble even won over my usually reserved, sons. So helpful , so attentive to all guests. "We had a fantastic two night stay. Rooms were tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Little messages leftcon the mirror each day from the cleaner. All staff were extremely politecand helpful. Breakfast was probably thr best weve ever had in a hotel. What a selection. Always being topped up. Swimming pool was great. Very clean aroind the pool and changing ooms. "Fantastic location, friendly staff, lovely room. No water in the room and as it is located in a separate building from the bar I believe this is essential. Room keys are reset overnight so you have to go back to reception to get back into your room. Restaurant is very busy so you must book in advance. Service at dinner was a bit chaotic with no segregation of duties. However every staff member was very friendly and helpful."
