I really hope you are paying her enough because she is a gem! Nothing was too much trouble even won over my usually reserved, sons. So helpful , so attentive to all guests. "Lovely hotel and room. All very clean and comfortable. Great location for shops and the Elbow gig! Lots of nearby food places too. The upstairs bar and restaurant was very nice, especially siting out on the balcony for pre (and post) concert) drinkies! The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The bar staff were very hard working, they had to be as there were far too few considering how busy it was. The only gripe was the too loud music in the evening. Almost impossible to have a conversation! More like a disco...but nobody was dancing:-("
