Clean and welcoming with great location
"We were 3 adults staying in one room, the room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, there was plenty of room. The family who run it were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was spotless and the shower was great. There was a lot of choice for breakfast, lovely little fruit pots, plenty of preserves for toast and my husband enjoyed his full English breakfast which was included in the price. It was a 5-10 minute walk to Warwick street where we found lots of nice bars and pubs. We were there for a Warwick uni open day which was about 20 mins away in the car. I would highly recommend this lovely little place."
