Situated in Warwick, this hotel is 2.6 mi (4.2 km) from British Motor Museum and within 9 miles (15 km) of Burton Dassett Country Park and Cotswolds. Warwick Castle and Compton Verney are also within 12 miles (20 km).
Unfortunately I was unable to stay at this accommodation. I booked southbound accommodation as I was returning to Surrey from Cumbria and wanted to break the journey with an overnight stay. I arrived about 6.00 pm to find the accommodation was locked up. Another person arrived shortly after to find the same. We rang a number to the northbound accommodation to find we were both expected there. This was useless for both of us. He seemed to be on business so had little alternative but to detour but I was less than two hours from home and continued on my way. I tried to telephone Days Inn the next morning to complain and request a refund but there was no response. I then emailed Expedia and received an automated response to say I would be contacted within 24 hours once investigated. I have heard nothing and the money has left my account with no refund. All in all not happy and will continue to pursue a refund.
