Not a 5 star hotel and the room although it was very big and nice, was dirty, particularly the bathroom. The pools are old and quite small, if you want to go to the beach you need to walk 25mins. There isn’t good coffee around and nothing to do.
I don’t recommend it at all.

Hotel was lovely but it could have been cleaner and the sheets did not seem to be washed for sensitive skin which brought some irritation to my toddlers skin. The staff were very helpful indeed and the facilities were great but I believe the water and pools had a high consumption of chlorine.

Great hotel, made better by the Magma experience - which was given as an upgrade as our original size room was not ready (instead we had a slightly smaller, recently renovated room which could not have been improved on!) Staff were helpful, hotel was immaculately clean and food was good.

Mi esposa y yo recomendamos este hotel ampliamente. El lugar es tranquilo y no deja de sorprenderte agradablemente todos los días. Estás alejado del bullicio de la ciudad pero cerca de todo en la isla.
David y Gloria y todo el staff te harán sentir como si estuvieras en tu casa. Y te irás con ganas de volver.
