Size of the unit was amazing and the full kitchen made it very convenient to prepare my own meals. If people have any mobility issues, it was not easy to get to the unit without help. Also the poolside restaurant had very good food and was reasonably priced.

This hotel and room were both quite charming. The room is big and the ceilings were very high. It's in an historic building and we'll cared for. I loved my room there.

The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The rooms and overall hotel experience truly lived up to the standards expected of a 5-star property. This is a really great family hotel, second time here. Lots of things for youngsters to do. Maybe not so much for adults but keeping the shorties occupied is part of the reason for being here.
Staff are friendly and excellent, any problems you might have(or at least I have had) get rectified straight away. Food is good, great variety and lots of options. Room was excellent, comfortable, well equiped and clean. Could do with more coffee sachets though :D Oh, parking can be a bit of a pain, you either have to pay to use the car park or take a chance and use the rubble strewn and cratered free car park outside. That's my only minor gripe.
