Tenerife Beach Holidays

It was really clean, the room service was perfect. Great food, spacioues rooms. I really liked the rooms, very comfortable. There were two negative points as well: The stuff around the pool and bar did not speak English well, so communication was really hard. Also there was construction inside the hotel making noise during day.

We had one of the most amazing experience. The staff is so nice and helpful, they really go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible , the room was very clean and spacious. We will definitely come back.

Roca Nirvana is a great hotel. The rooms are among the finest we’ve stayed in for a family holiday, and the food and pools are fantastic. However, the entire experience is let down by overly rigid, finicky rules. Getting drinks is... annoying. You only get two keycards; one must stay in the room for power, leaving just one for a family. Since the bar strictly requires scanning a card to order you cannot simply grab a drink without thinking, where is my card? Someone else taken it to another pool? Forgot your card? back you go! Other policies are equally baffling. All-Inclusive guests must pay extra for the poolside à la carte, the ONLY place for AI to eat lunch is at the main restaurant. The kids' mini-disco is awkwardly timed at 6:00 PM when you want to shower and get ready for dinner. A large adults-only area unnecessarily cramps the buffet during peak family holidays with barely anyone in it. Some rules are baffling. I moved a chair to sit my wife and daughter during breakfast. I was told to sit somewhere else by the staff as the tables were two people only?! The pool doesn't open until 10 and closes at 6. However you cant get towels until that point. So you have a choice, carry 2 towels per person to and from your room, or wait until 10 to get fresh ones. If you stay at the pool until 6, no chance to swap back. The open hut should be open from 9.45 to 6.15 to make things easier. It is a lovely property, but full of small annoyances which irritate over a holiday.

This hotel was amazing. One of tbe best I have stayed in. Tbe staff were friendly polite and very helpful. Evening entertainment was spot one and I didnt want to come home. I love the fact your wrist band was also ur key to everything, made life so much easier and no searching for ur room cards or checking that u have it. Would 100% come back here again.

En general bien solo que esperas más de un Meliá. El aire no es muy frío y la variedad del desayuno no es buena.

Cannot recommend and was highly disappointed. - Had to change room after collecting keys due to smell of smoking within room - room was very dated, showed signs of damage on all furniture and shower head didn’t hold in place until a rubber band was used to support it. - excessive noise through walls and ceiling from other guests. This was reported to reception but didn’t solve the problem - bin bags were carried around poolside by staff with liquids leaking out - bins were rinsed on poolside with the shower and then emptied out over the floor - Air conditioning within room was both ineffective despite following hotel instructions to leave doors closed etc and made loud vibrating noises that disturbed sleep. Often the noise wouldn’t stop for hours. - Despite a 6 day stay only one housekeeping visit is included for towel/bedding change. Floors were not cleaned either during this clean. Overall we were very disappointed with the stay, and would not return. This hotel is in dire need of refurbishment. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss this with hotel management further.
