We have just returned from an amazing stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife and honestly could not fault a thing. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, spotlessly clean, and has a fun, stylish atmosphere throughout. The food was fantastic with plenty of choice, and every member of staff we met was friendly and welcoming.
A special mention has to go to Fra (Ramones), who made such a positive impact on our holiday. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly, showed us to our room, explained everything we needed to know about the hotel, provided useful contact numbers, and gave us great tips about the local area. Every time we saw him throughout our stay, he always stopped to say “Hello family” and ask how our day had been. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he genuinely took the time to make guests feel valued. He works incredibly hard and is a real credit to the hotel. We hope he receives the recognition he deserves.
We also loved all the activities around the pool, especially the volleyball and netball games in the afternoons. There was always someone nearby to take drink orders, which made relaxing by the pool even more enjoyable. The entertainment was excellent every evening and added to the fantastic atmosphere.
We had zero issues during our stay and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Thank you to everyone at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife for making our holiday so special. We are already looking forward to coming back!

Everything was excellent. The only concern was the wind outside was incredible intense. It was extremely loud; it howled, roared, and sounded like it spoke in tongues... The wind also created a speculative view. I watched para sailing from my balcony. They skipped across the water, jumped high into the air, and floated far above the waves. It was beautiful…

We went for stag do and found that location wise it was perfect. The Breakfast wouldn't meet the standards for everyone but for what you pay there was no complaints. There are also plenty of alternative places within walking distance if you want to get food. We also visited Siam Park which is about a 10/15 minute walk from reception but be prepared as it's uphill.
The reception staff were great and polite and the pool was big and warm. It did look like they had some Childrens entertainment there and they advertised a foam party, I wouldn't regret staying there again.
