The concept of Casa de Campo as a community is amazing. Beautiful architecture, landscapes, and natural enclaves.

The kids’ area was great. My children enjoyed it, and the staff working it were good. The food was not great. Compared to other hotels, there was no poolside server offering food or drinks. If you do not speak Spanish, communication will be difficult. The staff is very friendly. The barrier is language, not attitude. The pressure to sit through the membership presentation is exhausting. If guests already pay to stay at your property, do not push them into a timeshare pitch.

This is a beautiful property with a great variety of restaurants and entertainment. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our stay was on the adult side of the resort and it was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely revisit.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **An Outstanding 5-Day Stay at TRS Turquesa!** We had an incredible 5-day stay at TRS Turquesa in Punta Cana. The resort is beautiful, and the service truly exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to **Randy**, our butler, whose efficiency, professionalism, and attention to every detail made our vacation completely stress-free. Every day he anticipated our needs, ensured everything was perfect, and always greeted us with a smile. His dedication and outstanding service made us feel truly valued. Another heartfelt thank to **Diana**, our beach and pool server. There are simply no words to describe her kindness, warmth, and exceptional service. She went above and beyond by arranging a special meal with the chef to accommodate our request, allowing us to enjoy a delicious lunch that otherwise wouldn't have been possible. She genuinely cares about her guests and made every day more enjoyable. We would also like to recognize **Edminda**, the supervisor at the Grill Restaurant. She consistently provided exceptional service, making sure every meal was perfect. She was attentive, welcoming, and always checked that everything met our expectations. Her professionalism, leadership, and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction were evident in every interaction. She made us feel like VIP guests at all times. The outstanding hospitality from Randy, Diana and Edminda made our vacation unforgettable. They are true ambassadors of of excellent customer service. Thank you!!

First and foremost, Cesar the concierge was amazing. He was attentive and responsive. The resort itself is beautiful. It felt like a mini paradise. The food was a hit or miss. No in between. But when it was good, it was great. Now for the things that I did not like. Majority of the staff were rude. Like it was a problem to assist us. At first, we thought it was maybe a one off, but it became consistent throughout the resort. We were told on our second day that we were going to meet for breakfast and be shown around the resort. It ended up being a timeshare presentation that we did not want. At the end we were told we were get 250 points to spend, however we like at the resort however, when it was time to check out those points, mysteriously disappeared. Which means we wasted our time on something we did not request or want taken away from our vacation for basically nothing.

The staff was helpful and accommodating. The pools were nice. The beach needs to be maintained for excessive amounts of seaweed onshore. We did not go to the beach due to the seaweed.

This will eventually become a very nice hotel. Given our attendance 10 days after its opening, about 60% of the hotel was completed. As a result, we weren’t able to enjoy everything that is listed. However the great thing is they offered us a complimentary return visit for the same number of people and number of days! The Pros: They have the best fitness center I’ve ever seen at a resort. It has a spin room, boxing room, polytechnics room, stair masters, treadmills all looking out at the beautiful golf course. There are plenty of seating areas throughout the resort. The bowling center (about 13-14 lanes) and sports bar was nice, especially during NBA finals. The best restaurant to book was the Mediterranean restaurant. Food was very nicely seasoned and great portion size. The hotel is very spacious and you never feel like it’s tons of people. The Cons: Ocean view is NOT what you think. DR has some type of restriction where this resort had to be so far away from the ocean. So it really is like viewing the ocean from a distance past a forest. We purchase ocean view but it was nothing but construction and forestry. The pool closed very early like at 6pm. The food wasn’t the best at the restaurants we booked (Italian, Mexican). They ran out of some of the items listed and it wasn’t seasoned well. The spa was ok. Our therapist did a lot of rubbing rather than massaging. For the price, it wasn’t worth it to me or my husband (a couples massage was almost $700).
