Review based on a September 2026 stay. This hotel has limited dining options for guests. Because September and October are considered the low season, the buffet restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner. While the à la carte restaurants were open and required no reservations, their menus were quite limited. The entertainment fell short of my expectations; the nightclub was still under construction, so a bar served as its substitute.As for the amenities, the main pool was constantly packed with "chair hogs" who woke up early to claim seats for the entire day. However, the secondary pool was a fantastic alternative, offering privacy, cleanliness, and the absolute best staff. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the room service was amazing. Finally, while the beach was clean and great for relaxing or sunbathing, the water itself looked very dirty due to sargassum, making it unsuitable for swimming.
