First time here and I would definitely return! Our butler Juan was very attentive always and always made sure we were very well accommodated! Five stars to him! And also the man Luis who drives the golf cart to transport around the resort he always was patient! Kid friendly all over including the excursions!

it is ok for the price; entertainment could be better. I mean if I return to PC I would go to a different resort, but is is not bad we had awesome time at the beach. But rooms need improvement, mattress is very hard. Staff is sometimes rude at the coffee shop, gardens are well maintained, lobby is nice, buffet is good.
