Tenerife Pet-friendly Holidays

Fine for what I paid. This was a no frills base while I explored Anaga and Teno national parks. Basic but no issue due to price

A super hotel, location excellent, rooms are very good (better with balcony) - comfortable beds - and a wonderful traditional courtyard with palm trees. Breakfast generally good but would prefer an outside seating area as can be very noisy. Also proper omelettes rather than from a pack of liquid omelette. 😕

A truly wonderful hotel, We had a lovely clean room and a fantastic view overlooking the swimming pool and sea, thank you so so much! I have been returning to this fabulous hotel for many, many years and have always received such a warm welcome and been made to feel incredibly special. A particularly heartfelt thank you to Eli and Patrick in the Casas Ducales who consistently go above and beyond to make every stay memorable, please never leave. Balas’ Daniel and Ziara are also fantastic, so a huge thank you to all of you for making each visit so special. This is certainly my favourite hotel in Europe. The food is fabulous, particularly in the Italian restaurant and the Brasserie. Donald at the Italian is always so friendly and welcoming, making you feel completely at home. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality. We always look forward to returning!

It was good.

Very well appointed Aparthotel. Ideal for my needs at the time. Reasonable priced and very helpful staff.

Room was fairly run down, air con not working when arrived, although was fixed with a call to maintenance. Cockroaches were in the bathroom on 2 occasions, as well as out on the patio. Ceiling fan made a racket when turned on. Closest neighbours smoking weed out on patio all day and night with no approach from staff so whole pool area stank. Plus points were breakfast buffet and proximity to main centre
