Our rooms 333 & 334 suffered damp bedding due to faulty air conditioning throughout our stay this also caused a musty smell and black mold was present around the unit and our room especially the bathroom-We quickly became ill. Some reception staff are quite rude and dismissive and don’t want to help resolve the issues, denying or using excuses for any issues we faced instead of trying to rectify them.
