"The communications were great and access to the flat was easy with the instructions given. We were fortunate to be able to squeeze onto the last space on the pavement to park. Right on the promenade so not quiet at night but was easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. A plug socket nearer the bedroom mirror for being able to see whilst you do your hair would be fab and bigger mugs for a full size cuppa in the morning.
