"We had a great time . The staff were all very friendly,polite and extremely helpful . The bedroom we had (34) was beautiful & so were the corridors leading to it . Very Laura Ashley 😊 The breakfast was fantastic too. The view from the rooms were of scaffolding but will be beautiful I’m sure when fully updated . Would definitely visit again . If only you could control the weather . It rained the whole time . Thank you "

"Lovely stay, friendly staff in all areas of the hotel. Hotel slightly dated and needs a lock of paint in a few places but that adds to the charm. Ideal location with parking and also a tram stop just across the road. Breakfast selection was excellent. Highly recommend. "

"Its okay to get the head down for the night room was clean. The hotel needs a full deep clean and paint and new furniture as it was falling apart. The food was good but no menus or any choices of meal meal. This could be a good hotel if its well maintained to high standards. I would stay again of 1 night "
