"From checking in and throughout our 2 night stay the staff were so friendly and helpful. Gave transport options…don’t bother with the airport hopper bus service so easy to catch the bus just along from the hotel. The breakfast is great value with extensive choices and good coffee machines. Rooms clean and bed’s comfy. Would definitely stay here again "

"Staff friendly and food was great. You can take the bus to Heathrow very easily, go out of the hotel and to your left on the road is the bus stop. First stop is heathrow and much cheaper than the shuttle. Nice workout center on -1. Didnt hear any planes! "

Was assigned one…a bit of a walk but prefer to the initial offer of a 4th story room. Will note this for future reservations here. Excellent hotel to spend the night for exit flights from Heathrow. "Stayed a couple of times at the B&B hotel at Heathrow now. Rooms are spacious, clean and very quiet considering the proximity to the airport. Staff are friendly. Easy access to T5 with the bus stop right outside. "
