"Convenient and comfortable for a 1-night stay prior to early departure from LHR Terminal 5 the following day. Check-in took far longer than on previous visits.The queue snaked back to the hotel entrance doors and there were only 2 check-in "desks" open. A taxi - which turned out to be a "private transfer" - was arranged for the following morning. It came on time but then took a very circuitous route to Terminal 5. The cost (£15) was probably in line with standard charges but would not have been justified for a more direct route."

"We always use IBIS before or after a flight. Close to Heathrow airport, bus stop practically right outside your door (depending on whether you're arriving or departing to the airport - Airport Hoppa is now available as well). Good value - has a decent shower and bed. Rooms not huge but work well when passing through. You can have breakfast...or not - up to you. Staff/front desk is fast and efficient."

"My room was 329, large and very clean, beds comfortable. I asked for a quiet room which mainly it was but the roadside end so a little noise. Very convenient location and helpful staff. I didn’t try the breakfast as ate out with my family who live nearby but it looked nice. Would recommend for a short stay."

"Very comfy beds and spotless en-suite. Staff were very helpful and a welcome drink which was a nice touch. Quirky decor with a relaxed atmosphere. Food on offer limited and drinks expensive. Bu stop right outside which made it easy to get to Heathrow. Would certainly book again but eat out."
