We are a family of 6 adults and 1 child and we stayed in the 4 bedroom apartment and it was fantastic. 4 en suite bedrooms connected to a well equipped lounge/kitchen area. We were impressed by extra touches such as work out equipment and luggage scales available in the apartment. Great check in with beverages offered on arrival and you can borrow games and books from the reception library. They have a kitchen space downstairs near the lobby area that you can use if you don't want to cook...

I stayed 3 night ( Sun-Wed ) In Warehouse K was nice and quite a bit cold one night but there was a electric radiator in the room so that solved the problem. Very friendly reception staff specially Olena who checked me in and checked me out , also stored my luggage after the check out as I needed a bit more time to see the Tower Bridge. The area is also perfect you have busses that i recommend rather then going underground , for the views , and 10 min walk to centre, I recommend you take it...

The service my fiancee and I received was top class throughout. We had stayed here before and enjoyed our experience and were happy to return again. We received a friendly greeting and lovely apartment, it was specious, clean and comfortable. We made a few requests from reception which were dealt with promptly and politely and we both felt that our needs were well catered for. Will definitely be back again soon!

Great location close to amenities. Smooth check in process through downloading the app and getting our digital key this way. The AI host feature was very useful and responsive. Provided with lots of utensils and appliances in the kitchen which were very handy. Only thing that we found uncomfortable was how hot the room was even though they supplied us with two air con plug in units. These didn't provide much of a cooling effect so I would definitely recommend installing an air conditioning unit...
