"The room was clean beside a blood stain on one of the duvets. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was an issue as the road was being resurfaced, but the staff did tell us where the best place to park was. The breakfast was excellent, it really set us up for a day in the hills. Overall a good value room for visiting the Lakes."

Really lovely B&B, very friendly and welcoming hosts.
The rooms are very comfortable with everything you could need. It was unfortunately raining and misty when we were there but the surroundings are lovely and the perfect place to enjoy a rainy afternoon!
Delicious food - would definitely recommend.

The hotel is a definite 11/10 it is stunning. The fact that it is only 2 minutes from the shops and 10 minutes walk to the lake makes it even better and the views are incredible. This was the best B&B by far I have ever stayed in. The room was spotless and a very comfy bed.
The full Cumbrian breakfast was delicious and plenty of it, There was also a good alternative menu aswell.
But if you decide to have an evening meal you are in for a real treat. Darryl is a trained Chef and the meals he serves are amazing.

A true gem in the heart of Keswick! The property felt like home from home, but with the luxury and convenience you would expect from a holiday rental. There is free onsite parking, check-in is easy (the hosts actually contacted us on the day to say we could check-in earlier if we wanted to), and communication with the host was quick and helpful. We travelled with our two year old and the property had plenty of space for her to run round in, as well as toddler cutlery/plates, a high chair, travel...

For accommodation with only 4 rooms this hotel offers every facility that ten plus room establishments do.
We stayed in the annex and I was not only impressed with the standard of the room finish but also the added extras , like bone china cups, bottled water and slippers provided.
The food was all freshly prepared and made to order by the in house chef and every dish was cooked to perfection.
