"From booking the holiday with Keswick Cottages to leaving, everything was so easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The app is a great idea and a really useful thing to have. The info on the fire, cooker and bin collections wasn't correct for the property so needs a little review but this in no way spoiled anything. The property was lovely and comfortable, home from home.
