"I really loved the Red Lion, the whole place is truly well kept, the furniture and the decorations including the lovely framed prints are all amazing and the whole atmosphere is very welcoming and cosy. "This is a great hotel to stay in for a nice break in Bath. The location is perfect. When you leave the hotel door it’s a short walk in either direction to get you into the center of Bath. The staff are really polite and were helpful with suggestions on restaurants and things to do. Our room was superb. At the back of the hotel overlooking what I believe is part of the rugby ground. A huge room. Kept nice and clean. We had breakfast on 1 day and it was really nicely cooked. Next day we went to Sally Lunn’s for breakfast to tick things from the’to-do’ list which I highly recommend. A very enjoyable stay."
