"This is my second stay at Novotel London Stansted, and I have to say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Reception staff were helpful and polite. Room was clean, shower hot and bed comfy. Had an evening meal in the restaurant where all staff exhibited first class customer service, being friendly, chatty and interested. Evening meal was great and the bread & butter pudding with Creme anglaise desert absolutely divine. Breakfast was just as good and plentiful. Quick and easy checkout. Highly recommended."

"Excellent location, perfect accommodation for a London visit. In the neighborhood of shops, eateries, parks, transportation, easy access to walk. The river next door is a fun spot. The staff are super friendly and helpful, always available to assist. They have thought of everything and the breakfast menu is delicious. The coffee machine in the shared kitchen is amazing and the individual expresso maker in the room was wonderful as well as vegan coffee creamer and filtered water. The place was clean and efficient. The only challenge I had was laundry machine availability but staff was able to assist. I’d definitely stay here again, can’t wait to return!"

"Wembley International has great location, only 2 mins walk to bus station, 7 mins to train station. There are Lidl supermarket, Mcdonald and convenience stores around Car park is spacious and free, facilities are old but still in good use. Price is very competitive to others in the area Staff are friendly and helpful, check in very quick. Definitely come back whenever going to London. Highly recommend!"
