"This property is in a great building and excellent location to the station and town. You can see the train tracks from the property therefore as expected you can hear the trains especially if any windows/doors are open. It is marketed as a luxury suite, on the surface it does appear that way with a nice layout and furniture. On closer inspection, there are several defects that could use attention like the bathroom door handles needing fixing, tape holding the ensuite shower together, furniture...

"The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a four night stay,very handy location just a short walk to the town. "

"This was the perfect place to start our day each day. It is in easy walking distance to the clock tower, the cathedral, verulamium park and high street. And it was an easy walk to the train station when we wanted to explore London as well. Any essentials as far as supplies we needed were right down London Road at the Co-op."

"Be aware when checking in to this property that you must travel to another area to collect the keys (Welwyn Garden City )which is not ideal as we had no transport the keys must then be returned to this place ( 7 min drive ) at best all I can say is the apartment was grubby and tired at worst it was dirty broken lamp shade, dammaged chairs and table, stained bed linen, dirty bath mat the list goes on. Its a shame as the apartment was idealy located near the shops and town centre but wont be...
