"Lovely stay at the hotel. Helpful kind welcome staff on reception. Lots of space in our junior suite. Lovely gym. Had a lovely meal in the evening and were impressed with the standard. The staff were lovely and accommodating with the kids. The grounds could do we a tidy up to be able to use the outdoor tables and pergola etc. The breakfast was nice but we arrived at 9.20 and felt like it was the end of breakfast although it said there was breakfast till 10. We wouldn’t want to waste food but it...

"Staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and warm. The location is central. The discount for parking in the public car park rather than the hotel car park was very reasonable. The car park was just as close as the hotel car park but with lots more space. "

"Some rooms could do with an update. Service is a little slow. Breakfast room had food on the floor from previous nights service. My bed was large and comfy but was 2 singles pushed together and the gap kept opening up. Room was clean and had eveything i needed. bathroom could do with an upgrade. Showers was good pressure and plenty of room. Gym and pool were good. "
