"Stayed here for one night for business purposes. Wasn’t quite sure when I initially arrived, but was very pleasantly surprised! Had everything - TV, fridge (with milk!), ice, utensils, VERY COMFY DOUBLE bed, en-suite bathroom. Only drawback was there’s no terrestrial TV! Very very good place to stay though!"

"Plenty of room for the family! This place is perfect if you are visiting U of Hertsfordshire. Quiet neighborhood and driveway parking. Anne was a great host. She even accommodated our California temperature preferences. All of the bathrooms were really nice--important for a group with as many ladies as ours."

"Firstly had to struggle up 4 flights of steep stairs with two eighty year old pensioners which we was not warned about beforehand. Then if you want to sleep at night I suggest getting some good earplugs, you can hear everything through the old wooden window frames which also rattled when the wind blew, from cars to people talking basically any noise from outside.
