The mattresses were very springy and it was very uncomfortable. The hot water system was not working on the first night. Thankfully, Akraz at reception resolved the issue for us. He didn’t stop until he had the issue resolved. He could have just waited for the technician the following morning to fix it but he still insisted on fixing it himself.
