Good property

It was very nice, great location. All involved were very good, helpful and supportive. My only concerns was poor lighting in both bathrooms and they don’t provide a normal coffee maker. They provided some coffee pods not enough for the entire stay.

Fantastic place. Supplied shampoo and conditioner but had no hand or bath soap. There was a store right across the street so it was not big deal. Would highly recommend this place for families looking to stay in more of a neighborhood than the hotel areas.

Luxe en schoon appartement met bijkomende kosten.

Prachtig appartement op een afstandje lopen van de metro. Het appartement was schoon, mooi, veilig en echt fantastisch. Handdoeken, toiletpapier, keukenrol, koffie, shampoo’s alles was aanwezig. Erg lastig vond ik de manier waarop de sleutels verkregen worden. Ondanks dat ik verschillende documenten moest opsturen, moesten we de sleutel aan de overkant van de straat halen. Jammer vind ik dat ze extra rekenen voor een schoonmaak. Dat zou al in de prijs moeten zitten die je boekt. Daarvoor kwam er nu 45 pond bij. Verder had ik gevraagd om een early check in. Helaas hadden wij ruim twee uur vertraging en konden we er geen gebruik van maken. We hebben er wel 50 pond extra voor moeten betalen.

Never ever stay

The worst experience i've ever faced. They are fraud, they wait more than two hours on the street with the car. They did not send me the access code and they carge my money eventhough they did not alow me to stay at the hotel. Stay away from here.

Not a Hotel!

This is not a hotel, it is a apartment complex. I was not happy at all with the way I had to go get the keys at a convenience store a subway away. Very uncomfortable and inconvenient. The clerk was not pleasant to say the least. The pictures show a outside area and this was not included. So even though the apartment was nice and clean i would not book again.

公寓位置和环境无可挑剔，离Westminster abby走路15分钟，离地铁也很近，非常方便，但又很安静。就是check in太不方便，要步行15分钟到一个grocery store才能拿钥匙。

The Communication was reale. First we cannot geht in because the key was deposit. The we have Check the Apartment and one window cannot be close fully. I writing a message to the office and over the 4 days nothing happens.

We had apt 5 and it is decorated nicely but the surfaces were not clean. There were dirty handprints on the walls, around light switches and the sofa cushions were dirty, not surprising as sofa is white, so looked particularly bad. Decorator Cushions on one of the beds were not washed. Dining chairs a bit rickety too. We had five towels for four of us but no hand towels, face clothes or bath mats. We knew we weren’t going to get our towels changed as we were there for only 4 nights but bath mats and hand towels would have been appreciated. Fan in one bathroom didn’t work. Didnt use the kitchen at all but seemed well appointed and clean but fridge smelly. The door to boiler room was ajar when we arrived as the vacuum cleaner was not put in properly so my husband had to rearrange the closet so everything would fit in and we could shut the door. Only received one set of keys so had to be together always. The beds were not very comfortable as you could feel the springs. The apartment did not have a fresh smell at all. We left one day early so we could get a better sleep and booked a hotel. The apartment had good reviews which is why we booked so we were really surprised. Would not go back and do an apt again.They did offer to send a maid but we said no as the cleaning required was not typical , that is the sofa needed to be cleaned, the walls washed etc. We called Expedia..they said they would call us back but never did. A big clean of apartment would have gone a long way.

Kjempefin leilighet med 2 etasjer. 2 store soverom, 2 store bad og ett toalett nede. Stor stue/kjøkken i en løsning, å alle fasiliteter. Lokalområdet var veldig koselig og rolig. Hyggelige folk på den lokale puben. 5 min gange til Pimlico undergrunnstasjon og 15 min til Victoria station som tar deg til Gatwick og ellers en sentral bane i London☺️ Veldig greit for familier som ønsker rolige kvelder med unger. Passer ikke som festleilighet da det er imot reglene med høy støy

Good place to stay in this location.

Lovely apartment and central location. The apartment is well equipped and the appliances are big standard. The surrounding area is more business oriented. No problems getting taxis.

terrible check in. great apartment once inside

check in process is very difficult. before going you send them id cards, proof of address and credit card info. once you get there you get a key from a lock box

Great clean, modern apartment

This is a serviced apartment in a good location in London within walking distance of the Thames and Houses of Parliament - but with a good range of coffee shops and a market nearby. It was in a secure block, clean and modern with 2 double bedrooms and nice shower rooms. There are additional charges to the ones on the hotels.com website in that there was a £40 cleaning fee and a £250 deposit just for 1 night! They also ask for ID to be sent over as they do remote check in, so there was quite a lot of preparation required just for one night.

Perfect location and very spacious apartment fully equipped. One on the best breakfast places just near by regency cafe with good English breakfast and a chef that yells the dishes served Finding the keys was a challenge .
