Great location and helpful staff

This hotel is very good. It is tucked in the outskirts of Ware. The bedroom (in the attached block) was fairly small (was used as a training centre, so no need for large accommodation) but very comfortable, in fact the best nights sleep in a hotel for some time. I don’t have an evening meal here, but the breakfast was very nice, and included in the cost. Overall, highly recommend- I will stay here by choice when I next visit the area.

We were so pleasantly surprised by how great this hotel was. The atmosphere is great, the rooms are lovely, and the staff were super nice, particularly Qasim on the check-in desk who instantly gave a great impression of the hotel and its staff. The location also worked great for us, close to all locations of interest and associated public transport. We stayed for two nights. Great location and transport links. Only downside would be nice bars/restaurants nearby but if you’re prepared to travel, then excellent.,

Very clean and new studio apartment, bed super comfortable and good shower, toaster, hob, oven (with integrated microwave) and cutlery etc. Complimentary tea & coffee in the lounge area and room. Small honesty market for things like pasta, sauce, porridge, ice cream, essential toiletries etc. Quick links to Stratford/Westfield, O2 and Excel

We love this hotel. Hidden away and easy access to everywhere. We walked to West End for shows. Tower of London for sights and Spitalfields for dining. Hotel was immaculate as ever. Staff super friendly. What’s not to like.

We loved the room very comfortable bed nice shower we used the Bluetooth Speaker that was good half an hour away from Leister Square in London went to the bar in Ruby Stella nice Atmosphere

Great hotel stay, couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday, good standard of housekeeping. Aldgate/Tower Hill tube stations only 5 mins walk.

Great hotel in great location, perfect for a short stay

Fantastic for a business trip - great location and great facilities - also a work space area next to the reception which saved me trudging through the rain to an office. Big clean room and great food and drink options
