The staff were genuinely friendly, accommodating, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We mentioned it was our wedding anniversary, and they surprised us by decorating our door with a Happy Anniversary sign, plus chocolates and a bottle of wine. It was such a thoughtful touch that made our trip extra special. Security was also great—they were very attentive when we had excursions outside the resort, always checking names and contact details before allowing anyone in or out. We enjoyed the food, especially Costa Azul, which became our favorite spot. There were daily activities, and we especially looked forward to the night events. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend. "
