"This is our 3rd time here. A wonderful resort. The service is excellent. I highly recommend upgrading to the Club level. Lots of perks. This time, our butler Jose was great. Very attentive and responded immediately to any questions. I also want to give a shout out to our housekeeper Maribel. She was very thorough and friendly. If you want to just relax and take in the sun, this is the place. The beach is beautiful and the pool is sparkling clean. The grounds are very well maintained. The food is decent and plentiful. We especially liked the little coffe cafe in the morning where we could grab coffee and a pastry and look out over the beach and pool. I have considered trying another resort, but in the end we come back to Majestic."

"Beach and Pools were nice.. food was not.. Roberto saved us from a terrible experience all around.. resort needs some updating and the swim out rooms are ok but definitely got a smell and water issues..it’s way too expensive for what u get.. we had a group of 10 and when we went to order at the Steak house they said we had to do “family style”.. we had already ordered $600 in wine.. so we left.. Buffett is ok at best.. Good luck to whoever goes there is all I can say!"

"The resort is run down and workers informed us that it would be closed in a year. I could’ve had better quality at a motel 6. I’d rate it negative 5 stars if I could. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO STAY ON THE RESORT THE ENTIRE TIME. Staff are rude and miserable, we desperately tried to switch to a different RIU resort to no avail. No air conditioning for 3/5 days, staff lie straight to your face. This place is an absolute joke. We switched rooms 3 times. None of them were great. "
