"This is our 3rd time here. A wonderful resort. The service is excellent. I highly recommend upgrading to the Club level. Lots of perks. This time, our butler Jose was great. Very attentive and responded immediately to any questions. I also want to give a shout out to our housekeeper Maribel. She was very thorough and friendly. If you want to just relax and take in the sun, this is the place. The beach is beautiful and the pool is sparkling clean. The grounds are very well maintained. The food is decent and plentiful. We especially liked the little coffe cafe in the morning where we could grab coffee and a pastry and look out over the beach and pool. I have considered trying another resort, but in the end we come back to Majestic."
