"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the resort, and a huge part of that experience was thanks to Luis at the front desk and Manager Dariel. From the moment we arrived, Luis greeted us with genuine warmth, professionalism, and an incredibly positive attitude that made us feel immediately welcome. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and was always friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Manager Dariel was equally outstanding. You can truly see his dedication to guest satisfaction and the high standards he sets for the resort. He took the time to ensure we were enjoying every aspect of our visit and made us feel valued as guests. His leadership clearly reflects in the excellent service provided by the entire team. The resort itself was beautiful, relaxing, and well-maintained, but it was the exceptional hospitality from Luis and Dariel that made our trip unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for top-notch service and a memorable vacation experience!"

"Very disappointing experience at Paradisus Palma Real Golf & Spa Resort. For the amount of money paid, I expected luxury hospitality and professional management, but unfortunately my entire stay was stressful and unpleasant. From the first night, management handled situations very poorly and staff were rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming throughout most of the trip. Security treated us in an extremely disrespectful way, and management did nothing meaningful to resolve the situation or make up for the experience. Housekeeping also failed to clean our room on the first night even after we specifically requested it, which added to the frustration and is one of the reasons I rated cleanliness poorly. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt cold and uncomfortable rather than relaxing or luxurious. Aside from one helpful employee named Freddy, customer service across the resort was honestly terrible. Even when issues were brought to management’s attention multiple times, there was no real effort to improve our stay or compensate us for the problems we experienced. This was supposed to be a relaxing vacation, but it ended up being one of the worst travel experiences I’ve had."

"Hey, great time overall 10/10 experience in DR I would say this resort can improve by maybe keeping the pools and jacuzzis open a bit later and offering more variety of room service food, and better Italian food LOL, but overall great stay, I would recommend bringing your own float tubes for the lazy river the customer service was great and so were the people there. Everybody was friendly and helpful"

"The property outside of the room was beautiful and well kept. The room itself was musty smelling. Brought moisture bags and 3 bags were full. We asked for 2 queen beds and got two double beds. The cleaning staff didn’t take dirty towels and bring clean towels unless we were there to ask them. The check-in put the wrong passport in for one of us and initially refused to change it as it would take too long. He then changed it after much persistence but still had the wrong birthday in there. The wait staff at the buffet was awesome. The staff at the steak house was not friendly."
