"My stay at Hampton by Hilton Bath was exceptional from the moment I arrived. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, especially Lily. Nothing felt transactional, every interaction, whether at reception or during breakfast, came with a smile and a willingness to help, which made the whole experience feel personal and relaxed. The facilities were modern, well thought‑out, and maintained to a high standard. The lobby and communal areas had a fresh, contemporary feel, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you’d expect for a smooth stay. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, spotless rooms, beautifully kept bathrooms. One of the standout features is the location. Situated right in the heart of Bath, the hotel is perfectly placed for exploring the city. Everything was genuinely within walking distance, from charming cafés and great restaurants to iconic attractions like the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey, and the Thermae Spa.
