"Great customer service! From holding our luggage when we arrived early, to accepting a delivery for us, and helping us book a taxi, all the staff were extremely helpful and nice. The location was also very convenient and the rooms were quiet and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!"

"As the crow flies, this hotel is close to everything. The only reason I could not give it five stars is its location on a steep hill. Staff were very helpful, the rooms and food were excellent, and Parking, although scarce could be found in the hotel parking lot if you arrive early enough."

"The location is fantastic. The room was very tiny, but it was known from the moment I made the booking. Nice breakfast area. The lodging in Bath is expensive, and parking a car is another expense. So this tiny room was affordable, in walking distance from everything. With the incredible summer weather, I had a great stay."
