"One of the best properties I’ve stayed in. The view, the rooms, the staff with an inclusive breakfast - all it hit it just right. Transportation was very easy - there is a bus plying every hour to and fro Interlaken until 7:04pm. Collect the cards from front office to ride this bus for free. Overall, a lovely stay with just amazing setup. "

"Great location with fantastic staff, room is *very* small, and lacks ammenities compared to what i expect, there's just hand soap and that's it. Not sure if this is normal or not, but every hotel I've been too has had toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, tea making facilities etc. Was kinda a bummer because it meant I had to go buy big bottles that I could only use once or twice."

"Our stay at the hotel was overall a good experience. It seemed they were short staffed, specially at the breakfast buffet. Btw, try the bread. It was delicious. Other issue was that when the restaurant was closed after hours I couldn't find a vending machine or even a water fountain. It can be annoying since most of the nearby stores close around 6 pm. "

"The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and is still within 10 minutes walk to the train station. The room is clean, with basic amenities. There is no refrigerator in the room but there is a shared one in the common kitchen. I did not give five stars only because my room has the smell of smoke. The hotel is a non-smoking one but previous guests seemed to have smoked in the room."

"Stayed 4 nights, the lady at the Reception (afternoon shift) was so nice and helpful Breakfast is served daily at the restaurant, food was good but they’re all the same every single day, no variation at all. The room was tiny for the price compared to other hotels I’ve been to, the room was clean though but old. A few times, I could smell smoke, don’t know where it’s coming from.
