It has thus a fantastic view. Even though it’s two stations away from interlaken ost, it was very accessible by train. The hotel even gave us tickets to travel freely within the interlaken area during our stay. However, it is a very simple accommodation without AC/fan which made it extremely hot inside the room (in July). It may look outside of town, but its better to be here at Wilderswil station, that way you can get a jump on the peak trains. You need to take those early since clouds come in late in the morning and the early trains are cheaper. Bus and train station is just 3mins walk from the hotel, which is connects to all other tourist attraction sites. Bridge/river view is coooL! Breakfast presentation is awesome like a five-star hotel. At first, the nearby cemetery is somewhat freaky but it does looK attractive/unique too. Staff were very unwelcoming. The bathroom shower drain was extremely slow causing water buildup, the light level was very poor, the door wouldn’t close properly, and the shower head was broken. The 2 chairs in the room were very musty and VERY uncomfortable. However, the breakfast was good. Easy to get around but transportation tends to close early and taxis are costly. Enjoyed our stay but they serve the same exact breakfast every day. After the 3rd day, it starts to get old. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et très copieux. Le couple était très serviable et gentil pendant ce moment de petit déjeuner. Par contre, on se sent opprimé et menacé avec tous les avertissements affichés dans l'hôtel. Les menaces si on salit les serviettes, si on détériore telle ou telle chose. Les pénalités si on fait un check out trop tard avec une pénalité de 5 CHF par minute dépassée.
