"The room was clean, the bed was so comfortable as well as the pillows. Unfortunately there was no air conditioner but the windows do open up for some fresh air. "

"The service from the Nikko staff was excellent! Everyone was so friendly, professional and we felt welcomed & appreciated. The hotel is lovely and I had no issues with the hotel. But I will say - one street over (O'Farrell) is scary (drug & mental health related homelessness). The hotel did have security at the doors at night and key access was required to get in. I felt safe in the hotel."

"I really liked the secuirty they had for the hotel you could only enter the elevators if you had a room key and the restaurant at the hotel has really great food, wish they had room service and a microwave in the room to reheat leftovers "

"The property was lovely! The room was very nice and clean. There were issues with the shower, but it was due to the hotel broiler that was being worked on. The hotel provided us with food vouchers for the inconvenience and I was pleased with that. I will definitely be staying at the Spero again. "
