"This 3 bedroom townhouse provided a good base to visit Cheltenham and it’s nearby trails. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean and modern. The location had easy access to the train station. The kitchen chairs in were uncomfortable however."

The only issues I had to work around were most mirrors in the place were placed rather high for my 5'0 stature 😄. The living room/dinning area was perfect for when my local friends came for a visit. "Was informed 3 days before stay that we would be staying in a different house to listing, which for us was ok. Clean bedding, comfortable beds. However the house although wasn't filthy it wasn't clean. The whole place looked like a family had just "popped out". Clothes hanging on doors, shoes left where they had just taken them off, generally a untidy house."

"Beautiful new build farm [complex] we stayed in the English Barn very quiet when we stayed for three nights. Excellent finish to the property and well appointed. Small issues are several things need instructions [microwave, coffee machine, windows blinds, heating], privacy curtains not private enough particulary with so many other lets around, people walked by and kept looking in. the sky light window in the upstairs on suite needs a good clean. None of the above really affected our stay but...

"This stunning cottage is right in the centre of the bustling market town of Chipping Campden but is hidden behind a small gate off the high street that leads to a courtyard - you're as central as possible in the town but it's in it's own peaceful oasis. "Property has been decorated to a very high standard. Car park easy to find and access. Very central location. Easy access despite no front desk, just a code emailed to access the car park and room. Higher numbered rooms are quite a walk up a lot of stairs though. Would pay a bit more for a lower floor next time. Called to ask if we could leave the car on the Carpark a little later than midday, and they were happy to help as the rooms weren’t at full occupancy the next night. "

"A lovely historical place to stay convenient to the train stations and the attractions in the city centre of Worcester. We stayed in the Fleming room on the ground floor. Ear plugs were provided which were useful. The delivery bay for Asda is near by, and they did have an early delivery. "

"Roy was the manager on duty when we checked in and out. He helped carry one of our suitcases to our suite! He was awesome and helped out with some local areas to dine and visit. The suite was excellent, slippers and a robe waited our arrival, along with coffee, hot chocolate, tea and milk. Was very clean and a comfortable kind size bed. We loved it."
