No shampoo and body wash provided as it's a budget price, but it still represents excellent value. Very comfy bed, fluffy white towels and plenty hot water / good shower pressure. Some really nice touches are the delicious chocolate bars in rooms daily and on the last day a post card appears on your table of one of the excellent pencil drawings by the owner which line the walls of the breakfast room. However, I did find the bed in the room we were in to be a little firm for my liking, but that is personal taste The breakfast, from the fresh fruits to the fantastic poached eggs and bacon etc was amazing. The owner really works hard and deserves all the praise offered."

"The location is great whether you're driving or arrive via train or other transport. The property has an amazing layout and the room was very generous and well equiped. Would definately recommend a stay here. The only thing the hotel needs to keep on top of is the overall cleaniness. There were cobwebs and some of the surfaces where not thatvwell cleaned (possibily an isolated incident). Would still recommend a stay, as this is still a very good hotel to stay at. "
