We spent four nights at the Royal Wells Hotel at the end of a 10 day holiday in Kent. The hotel was perfect, excellent service from every staff member we met, delicious food with the best breakfast choice of any hotel we've stayed in. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay here again if we visit the area in the future.

This is a truly charming and welcoming place. We arrived in the very early hours, almost at dawn, having flown in to Gatwick on a slightly delayed flight. Booked in advance and having contacted the owner they arranged everything perfectly for us, including adding an extra bed which was made up in advance and looked very cosy. The decor of pub is stunning and the staff very attentive,also the breakfast very good and plenty choices. Cross the road is woods with footpaths where i had a good walk is also a garden centre near by where i found beautiful gifts.exellent weekend trip for me.❤

comfortable, relaxing hotel. Robes and slippers in the room, which is great if you want to wander down to the spa, and/or chill out. The breakfast was lovely, a good selection and good quality. All staff from the reception,spa and breakfast were professional, friendly and helpful. The grounds are very well kept with nice seating areas to relax and enjoy the views. The spa is small, however they are up grading this and im sure it will be amazing once completed.

Lovely hotel, conveniently located 10 minutes from the railrway station. Comfortable rooms, great service. Breakfast was excellent.

Fantastic spa hotel with neighbouring Woodland Trust forest to explore. The leisure facilities include a heated indoor pool, sauna, hydro-pool and steam room. There's also a wonderful roof terrace which was handy as it was a lovely sunny day. We ate dinner and lunch at the hotel, both were excellent. The room was clean and comfortable and we were able to organise a late checkout with the reception team who were very flexible. We will certainly stay again.

Great haven of peace and tranquility near LGW

This is the second time we have used the Star Inn when we fly early morning flights from Gatwick. We had a very enjoyable steak meal with (free bottle of wine with Tuesday special!). The menu is very good and the local pub atmosphere was a great way to start off our holiday. We live in Gloucester but if we have to use Gatwick again for our holiday flights we will visit the Star again

Quick check-in with friendly staff. Nice clean room with big bed and large screen TV. Good buffet style breakfast from an early time so you can have breakfast and catch the shuttle to the airport.

The room was absolutely gorgeous, so spacious and clean! We arrived and had two smoothies waiting for us and we were asked before arriving what milk we’d like for our coffees/tea. I loved that there was a coffee machine in the room, as well as a selection of teas to have. There was also a hand written note on the desk for when we arrived too. Absolutely will stay here again!

We had a great experience at the Holiday Inn, Sevenoaks which probably has a lot to do with the friendly staff. They were willing to do anything to make our stay as comfortable as possible!

We stayed here after our lovely but tiring wedding day. We were able to check in very late and were made very comfortable on arrival. We stayed in the Wordsworth Suite, it was very grand and spacious. Perfect for our romantic getaway. We had breakfast in bed which was delicious!

Big spacious room

I chose this hotel as its connected to the terminal which makes an early check-in very quick and easy. The hotel has been renovated since i last stayed and is much nice, comfortable, specious room and a very nice bathroom. The service in the bars and restaurant was excellent and good food and drink at reasonable prices. Excellent relaxing stay.
