"Some of the fixtures & fittings looked a bit old.The extractor fan in the room was particularly noisy. All areas were clean and bright. Basically a solid offering."

"Room was smallish but we knew that going in. Staff was great, great shower, clean, bed comfy but bouncy. Hyde park right across the street. Variety of pubs and restaurants close by. Tube and bus close by. Hear a few bumps on occassion from upstairs."

"We were moved to another hotel which house refugee's & other’s that had two 24 hr security guards. Why? So really felt unsafe. We had two gentlemen follow us in a car? Why? This should not be allowed, we should of been told & words cannot express the frighteningly terrible experience."
