"This hotel is a great price and in a great location. Just be advised that the rooms are a bit small and not air conditioned. The staff and service are exceptional. The rooms are also clean. Exceptional location."

"Very friendly helpful staff. Room nice and clean. Good hotel to stay for a visit to London as near tube station and lots of buses to get around area. Have stayed three times and would recommend hotel to friends for short stays."

"Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Room was clean but overall condition of the room was poor and noise was a problem - on the plus side free private parking was available. The issues for improvement were loose and smashed tiles on kitchenette floor, noise from comb boiler in room every time neighbouring rooms used hot water, noisy road outside due to single glazed window, noisy fridge which we just switched off overnight and back on before leaving, neighbouring rooms were very noisy and some sound proofing needs to be considered - the people weren’t noisy, just the fact you could hear everything they said and their TV. We just wanted a bed for the night to attend an nearby event and we slept OK once the neighbouring rooms and traffic quietened down after midnight."
